	It's sounds like the Multia MOP service was not installed.  Open a dos window and
CD to the Multia system directory.  Issue the command INSTMOP - i
This will install the MOP service.  You should then be able to start it.   If this still fails
please send me the following info from the registry.

	Current control set
		Multia MOP transdrv
			Parameters
				Bind
				Export


	Software
		Microsoft
			Windows NT
				Current version
					network cards
