Structured Exception Handling Question:

I am trying to relate the number returned in the ExceptionAddress field of the
ExceptionRecord to the location in my DLL that causes the exception. They appear
quite unrelated:
EIP at time of exception: near 1002D7CE
ExceptionAddress : 780014dc
Can anyone explain how these two are related, or how to extract anything useful
from ExceptionAddress?
