3228.0. "Programatical access to the NVRAM from Windows NT" by RDGENG::HAGUE () Wed Apr 23 1997 01:39
The following was received by mail from an Engineer at Microsoft. I'm not
sure what they are trying to do is actually possible.

From: Ben Chronister <[email protected]>
I have an AlphaStation 400 4/233 running Windows NT 4.0
I need to programatically access the NVRAM from Windows NT to change the
boot information. This is to allow unattended automated switching
between 2 OS's installed on this machine.
I cannot find any information about how to access the NVRAM besides
references to the Firmware UI. Can someone there point me in the right
direction?
Thanks,
Ben
