Not sure if this is the appropriate Notes to ask. If not, please point me to the right Notes file. A customer asked if we support ARCNet in any of our systems. Does the 4100 or any Alphaserver supports network cards for ARCnet? Does Windows NT support ARCnet? Thanks in advance. Stephen C.

I know that some older versions of NT used to support ARCnet. In particular I had 2 Thomas-Conrad cards that I was planning to use. I never got around to doing it but I know that NT <<did>> recognize and have drivers for them. [ The cards I had were ISA cards - I don't remember the number - sorry ] |
