Pierre, Sorry for not responding earlier... I hadn't bothered to switch my notebook entry over from ONTIME:: to HUMANE:: until just now. > Is DIGITAL still the owner of DECfont Typeface Collection Product? Yes. > Is this product still supported?... and by who! Not really, though I don't believe that product management has taken the necessary steps to officially retire it. It's also only available on OpenVMS VAX, Ultrix VAX, and Ultrix MIPS systems, which of course aren't really "hot" these days! If the customer is having a problem with a supported config, I may be able to help out... though no guarantees. If they're interested in "futures", other platforms, etc., I'd recommend that they forget it. Good luck, Dan S. | |||||

Thank you for your answer dan. The concerned customer is not having any problem with a supported config. A collegue of mines is trying to fill in a form for a DEClong support contract and he get no information on some products such as DECfont Typeface Collection. I was just trying to help him with this note. Thank you again for your help - Pierre |
