I'm going to go to seekonk speedway Saturday night. it will
be my first time at the track. I was wondering if any of
you have ever been to the track and what you thought of the
facility? they're have a modify 100 lapper Saturday night
gates open at 6pm $15 for adults. I use to go to monadnog/sp
in Winchester new Hampshire and I really liked their track
with its high banks..so if anyone has info on seekonk I'd really
like to hear how you feel. also direction from 495??

I went last year. I liked the racing action but not the seating.
Concrete is not the most comforatble surface to sit on!
There were people lined up at the gate to get in way before the place was
even open. They got the best seats. I supect that there is a lot of race
fans down there.

well I went to the races Saturday night in seekonk. I thought it was going to rain but it did not. the seating was concrete/bleachers but if you rent a chair for $1.75 it makes a big difference. they had the 4 cylinders and then the street stocks and some pick up truck racing and then they raced the modified for 100 laps. I enjoyed the track and look forward to going back soon. | |||||
