    Sorry, I know this doesn't belong here but I'm hoping we have some
    cross-noters here.
    
    Seems the NASCAR notesfile has been down since Monday ("network partner
    exited").  Can anyone who reads RACERS and can access the NASCAR
    notesfile and/or NASCAR notesfile moderator pass along this message.

You may need to try 3 or 4 times in a row to access NASCAR.  It appears they
have a cluster and don't have Notes access set-up properly on all nodes.  So
keep trying until you get the node (which is all transparent to you of course)
that does work.

    VMSNET is a cluster alias. PWRKS and WD8EHB are node names.  We just
    added another machine to the cluster.  That and crummy net performance
    may be causing the problems.  I'll go take a peek at what's going
    on.
    
    You may want to try doing a 
    MOD ENTRY NASCAR/FILE=PWRKS::NASCAR$NOTE:NASCAR
    
    Let me know if you're still having problems.
