    Have been out of racing for 9 years. Previously raced both Formula Vee
    and SSC class. Planning on coming back to race vintage Porsche 356's.
    Can someone provide information on addresses, phone numbers and 
    various associations (i.e VSCCA, etc.) rules and regulations, frequency
    of races and where they are held. Held both SCCA and IMSA licenses,
    are there drivers schools for Vintage??? Similar to those of SCCA when 
    applying for novice permit, regional and national licenses. Medical
