352.0. "WANTED: USRRC Info" by NWD002::MARTINMI () Thu Jul 28 1994 17:49

I am writing a history of the United States Road Racing Championship
that was run by the SCCA from 1963 thru 1968 and need some information.
I have complete results for all of the races, but I am in need of the
starting grids and times for races from tracks listed at the end of
this note. If anyone has an interest in checking old local newspapers
for this information please let me know. Your help will be
acknowledged in the book. Let me know you are interested in helping
and I will send you the dates of the races.

    Pensacola, FL
    Agusta, GA
    Mansfield, OH
    Des Moines, IA
    CArpenterville, IL

    Elkhart Lake, WI
    Long Island, NY

Sorry (almost) to say my time with DEC is coming to an end next
Thursday, the 16th. I have really enjoyed this conference, but just
wish more of us would use it.

If any of you get a wild hair and want to help with my USRRC project or
would like my list of racing books and race programs for sale or trade
    feel free to write me:
