      Hi,
    
         I have attended the past 3 GP's in Montreal.I had gotten my	
    tickets through Ticketron, however this year they don't have them. 
    I called ticketmaster and they didn't know if they were getting
    tickets. I tried calling Molson's and I guess I talked to someone
    having a bad day and they gave me a nice run arround. I have no idea
    on how to get tickets this year. I guess I will have to go to Montreal
    and find some.(However if the run arround continues, I am going to 
    watch the race on Tv this year. It will propably be dryer.Montreal is
    well known for it's wet races. The exception was last year.
       Sorry I cant provide you with any info, but atleast you know,you
    are not alone with this problem.

    We were able to get through to Molson and they promised to send info.
    They said it would take two weeks ?  I will update this note upon
    receipt.  I havn't been for about three or four years, but prior to
    that we had good weather for the 3 prior years.  One of which was
    actually too hot and sunny... It is early in the summer for hot
    weather in Canada however.

    I cannot believe the prices F1 charges.  No wonder no one shows up for

This is an open request for anyone attending the GP in Montreal this weekend.

I would like to get pictures of the pit lane, showing the outside of the
garages and general layout - including sponsor signs, tools, parts, lanes,
etc.

I am (slowly) working on a 1/12th mockup on a F1 pitlane for my models and
need more exmaples to work from.

    Hi Dave,
    	I attended the F1 in Montreal last year and should have some 
    pictures of the pit area.  If you'd like to  look at them send me
    an address and I'll mail you some.

I called today for prices for the '93 CGP in Montreal, and as last year, I
was told prices would be available in mid-Feb.  FAX orders are being
taken, but who knows what they've done to ticket prices this year!!

If I remember, I'll post the prices here when I get them...

I just ordered my tickets for this years race.  Grandstand 24 (near the
hairpin) are $CANADA 190.00 (i guess around $US 152.00).  The number to
call to order tix is: 514 392 0000.

Hi,

If anyone is interested, I have 1 extra ticket for the GP 
in Montreal.  I paid $US153 and it is for a three day 
ticket.  The seats are in Grandstand 24, section 3, top
row (so you can stand).
