I am creating this note for time trial events and information.
I am thinking of including only events that are NOT autocross related,
i.e. SCCA Solo I, high speed time trials like those done by COM Sports
Car Club, and even things like Ice & Snow time trials events.
We should continue to use note 19 for autocross related information.
I hope this is OK to the moderators.

In case you don't already know, COM is a sports car club that runs high
speed driving schools and time trials. It generally runs the school on
saturday and the time trial on sunday, except perhaps the last event of
a season, when it runs time trial on both days.
