| I was watching the Mopar Summernations on TV yesterday, I missed the
final round, did Lori Johns win top fuel? What about Funny car,
the 21 year old kid made it to the finals!

Lori went up in smoke (tire smoke, that is).
The kid won. His second win in his first season. Quite an
accomplishment, really, when you consider that they run on a
budget that leaves them towing the car behind a Toyota pickup
while running against people in 18-wheel transporters.

What "kid"? What's his name?
Who won top in dragsters and in funny cars and who won in pro stock?
Do any of you guys know what happened to the little yellow comp Dodge Colt
that runs out of the Goodyear store in Nashua? I drove by there this morning
and caught a quick glimpse of it sitting on a trailer all smashed to hell.
It looks like he caught the guard rail on the left front of the car and tore
most of the front of the car right off. Looks like it may have gone on it's
roof as well?
Anyone know the details? Did the driver get hurt?
