    Hi,
    
    We are expecting our first early in September and have just started
    thinking of names.  Our last name is Wenzel.  For girls we have
    pretty much decided upon Carly but are stuck on a middle name.
    It seems it should begin with a vowel to flow properly but 
    I can't think of anything besides Ann or Elizabeth that really
    appeals to me.  For boys we have always liked Cameron Joseph
    but are not set on it.  Joseph, definitely for the middle name
    (both our fathers).  We want a name that is not common but not
    too bizarre.  I recently have had Nicholas stuck in my head but
    don't like Nicky for a boy.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
