Hi Gang,
Well I have 4 weeks to go and I'm writing to get some
last minute opinions on the name Austin. We have a
daughter who is 4, and her name is Alexa Jeane Mazur
--we know that our second is a boy and we are planning
to name him Austin Robert.
I have heard so many mixed opinions on this name that
I am VERY interested in what you baby-namers have to
say.
Please hurry--time is running out!!!

Hi Sheryl,
I think Austin goes well with Alexa. On the other hand, I was
luke warm about the name itself when I first heard it. The more
I hear it, the more I like it. Also, I prefer Austin to a nickname
like Aussie.
Yes, I would give a "yes" vote for Austin Robert Mazur. And best
of luck to both of you.

We were going to name our baby Austin Scott if it was a boy. Scott
is my husbands name. We ended up having a girl and naming her
Kassandra Florence. The reason we liked Austin was that is an
uncommon name. I, like the previous noter like Austin with your other
child Alexa.

I like it -- we were going to use it but thought Austin Woods souded
like a subdivison name!
