Hi, I don't know for certain, but Tiana looks like an abbreviated Christiana to me. Where Christiana comes from, I don't know either - maybe Greek. I know someone named Taina (prononced tIna, long 'i') and her mother was from Tahiti so I imagine that is the origin of that particular spelling and pronounciation. Dawn |
