    I'm looking for some input!  We're expecting in 3 weeks or less -
    chances are we're having a girl ;-)    I really want the name Molly for
    a first name, but am stumped for a middle name that will flow nicely
    between Molly and Ward. My tendency is to come up with a 2 two syllable
    name, but I'm not sure that's the answer.

    then came:

    First, congratulations and Molly is a lovely choice!  
    
    Hmm...three syllables seems to sound better to me for some reason.
    I also kind of prefer a more formal or dramatic middle name to 
    balance the Molly and Ward...  Here's what I came up with:
    
    Molly Elizabeth Ward
    Molly Catherine Ward
    Molly Alexandra Ward
    Molly Renee Ward
    Molly Michelle Ward (the alliteration sounds kind of good, doesn't it?)
    Molly Christine/Kristen Ward
    
    Any family names that would make nice middle names for Molly?

    My girlfriend's name is Molly and her middle name is her mother's
    maiden name:  Barrett (accent on first syllable).  It has a nice ring
    to it...

    again, it sounds too much like Pollyanna.  How about:

    	Molly Jane
