Kevin and Sara both go well with Orsini, but because they are both
"short" names, I think longer middle names might work better than short
ones (or longish middle names). Some examples might be:
Kevin Alexander Orsini (regal!)

Kevin Lawrence Orsini
Kevin Russell Orsini
Kevin Charles Orsini
