                               Spring 1991

Dear Birthparent:

We hope this brief biography will help you to know a little about who
we are and what kind of adoptive parents we someday hope to be. We
understand that you are faced with a difficult decision, and we appreciate
your considering us to be the happy adoptive parents of your wonderful
child.

Our names are Bradford and Kimberley. We have been married for the
last 8 years and are completely committed to each other and to our desire
to become adoptive parents. Our love, friendship and respect for one
another becomes richer with each passing year. We want to assure you that
we will do all we can to provide your child with a loving, stimulating and
emotionally stable environment to grow up in.

Kimberley was born in 1959 and lived with her family until the age of
23. Kim's parents are also grandparents and enjoy their granddaughters
and a grandson. Our families enjoy being together for the holidays and we
hope to have our children share many holidays with them. Kimberley
married Bradford in 1983 and joined him while he pursued his military
career. Kim went to college for a total of four years and studied to
become a Nurse. She is 5'4", 125 pounds, has blonde hair and blue eyes
and is Caucasian. Kim is employed with a medical office and enjoys the
happy and rewarding atmosphere that it provides. Kim's interests and
hobbies include reading, snow skiing, British Royalty collectibles,
planning her future "dream home" and business, photography and spending
time with Bradford.

Bradford was born in 1960 and also lived with his family until he was
18 years old. Brad attended a military college and after graduation
served in the armed forces for five years. He has brown hair and blue
eyes, is 6'1", 180 pounds. He is half Bohemian and half Indiana farm boy
(Caucasian). Brad is currently enrolled at a local college to work on his
Masters Degree. His interests and hobbies include reading, working on
cars, volunteering as an Emergency Medical Technician for a local
Ambulance Corps., snow skiing, jogging and spending time with Kimberley.
His father worked 35 years for the U.S. Government and as a result, Brad
and his brother moved around the country quite a bit while they were
growing up. Brad's parents look forward to becoming grandparents and
spoiling their grandchild terribly!

We met 10 years ago on a blind date skiing with our friends in the
Rocky Mountains. Brad left the service in 1987 and joined the civilian
world. We both have brothers and Kim has a sister and we love being with
our families whenever we can. Kimberley was diagnosed with severe
endometriosis which subsequently required her to have a complete
hysterectomy. Still, we very much want to have children and that is why we
are seeking to adopt. We own a comfortable three bedroom home in a good
family-oriented neighborhood where there are a number of young children.

Our physical health is good, and we are non-smokers. We are
financially secure and plan for Kim to take leave from her job once the
baby arrives. Eventually, she would like to return to work on a part-time
basis. We have a bedroom set aside for the arrival of a wonderful bundle
to joy and look forward to raising a healthy, happy and well loved child
(or children) in our home. We are certain that we can offer a baby a
loving, secure and happy home with the patience, guidance and
understanding to help the child grow and flourish. We are committed to
surrounding our child with unquestioning love, strong values, educational
opportunities and an endless amount of support.

We would be happy to answer any further questions you may have
regarding us and any related medical and legal expenses. Please contact us
through our attorney, Mr. David Murch,, at the address shown above.

Once again, we thank you for taking the time to read this. We wish
you the best of luck in the future, whatever your decision might be.

     				  Sincerely,

     				  Bradford & Kimberley

I also wish this couple the best of luck in finding a baby, but I _am_
curious if the Corporation considers this an appropriate type of note
    for a notesfile.
