Hello. My name is Glendora Manjares Vitale. I'm filipina. My husband
is Sicilian. His names is Giuseppe Joseph. We've been trying to
have a baby. I already have a name for our future baby boy..........
Giuseppe Glenn and if it the baby is a girl her name will be .......
Giovanna Glendora. The boy's nickname will be probably either Joey
or still Giuseppe and the baby girl's nickname will be Gina.
Hopefully, we'll have an offspring by next winter, if the Lord
provides.

What nice names! I've never heard of Giovanna - it sounds wonderful
with Vitale as a last name. Giovanna Glendora Vitale... Gina is cute
for short also!
Giuseppe Glen is also neat. How is that pronounced? JO-SEP-PE?

Christina, Giuseppe is pronounced je-zep'-ee or ju-zep'-ay, depending
on the family's dialect! Actually, my family is from Abruzzi, where
they are notorious for dropping final vowel sounds, so in my family
it's pronounced jew-zep'. (And yes, we also say manicot, raviol,
prosciut, etc. ;-)

My husband, Giuseppe was born in Sicily. His family calls him Peputso
(I don't know if I'm writing the name Peputso properly, correct
me please!) when he was a toddler. But when he got older they call
him Joseph.
He grew up in here in San Jose, CA. By the way, where are you located
currently???
