My sister had a baby girl 2 days ago and they have not put a name
on the baby. Can anybody help.
Her marriage name is Fisher, so put your thinking hats on and come
up with possible girls names that would suit the surname Fisher.

I have a cousin whose last name is Fisher. Her name is GALA DENISE FISHER. They liked the name Gala and since I was the first granddaughter in the family and she was the last, they used my middle name Denise. Lorie | |||||

One- or three-syllable names sound best with simple, two-syllable surnames.
"Nicole Fisher" sounds rather flat to me, but Nicole is a popular, trendy
choice at the moment. How about:
Marilyn Fisher
Anne Fisher
Jerilyn Fisher
Carolyn "
Abigail " (I know, get out the dust cap, full-length smock,
and granny glasses, but Abbie Fisher sounds good)
Elizabeth Fisher
Adrienne Fisher (I like the sound of this one.)
Some not-so bad two-syllable names:
Suzanne Fisher (or Susan)
.
.
.
I'm running out of names. I think you have a lot of choices open
to you anyway. Good luck. I hope the baby has a name soon.

My mother's family name was Fisher. Her name was Evelyn, and her
sisters are Edda Elizabeth (Mom called her Ed but to everyone else
she is Beth), and Margery.
