    Hi! I am new to this and I hope that I did this right.
    
    MY father wanted to name me after the great Thor. Thor who you might
    ask? well I'm not sure but anyway. When I turned out to be a girl
    (thank goodness) he wanted to call me Thorleen. It is different.
    My mother had enough sence to tell him no. I ended up Janice Lynn.
    most people don't hear it right and call me Janet. The spelling
    is a bit different than most, some spell it Janis but I like mine
    better.
    
    
    I haven't heard mention of the name Naomi. I was wondering what
    it means, I like the sound of it. I also liked Laura Anne but haven't
    really been able to pick which exact spelling. Laurie Anne, 
    Lori Ann, Lori Anne, Lora Anne, Lora Ann. I don't have a need for
    names yet I still have quite a few years to go yet, but I love names
    and may have a hundred children just to name them. I like  
    Kristopher Mahlon for a boy but someone told me to nick name him
    Kris would spell like a girl.
                    
    No one has entered anything for a while,I hpoe it picks up.

    Speaking of the name, Thor....
    
    I have a friend that has twin boys.  She likes different names.
     She named the boys, Thor Edward and Dakota Joseph.  She gave them
    normal middle names in case they wanted to ignore their first names
    once they got old enough.

    I used to have a dog named Thor!!

    I used to work at Data General and the system I was on was "nicknamed"
    Thor.
