| My son's name is Jordan - I get compliments
all the time and have had several expectant
mothers say they have changed their original
choice after hearing it.
It seems to be a name that's making a
comeback, but is not yet too common. It's
in the top 100 boys names of 1985 (number 60
or so.....)
Of course, he'll get the "your parents got
you at Jordan Marsh" taunting, but we couldn't
come up with any names that absolutely nothing
could be teased about - and some alot worse!
We love it!

| I love it, and I love "Jordanna" too.
How about "Vincent?"
I'd never thought about it before, I thought calling a little baby
"Vinnie" seemed strange until my SOs sister named her baby Vinnie.
I love it so much that I wish she hadn't "taken" it already!

| I had chosen the name Shannon for my second child, and when "she"
turned out to be a he, I chose Shane for his name because it sounded
a lot like Shannon. I really like the name and have received a
lot of compliments. Shane David Cancro is the full name. So how
about Shane Daniell?

Funny you should suggest Austin. The only Austin I've known was
a baby who was in the hospital when my daughter was. He was a twin
and his brother's name was Adam.
