I once knew a girl names Charlda... How's that for a unique name?
Her mother combined both grandfathers' names (Charles & David) and
came up with a name of her own. I thought that was very clever!
Just a thought...

Well Liz, that was good thought. We (I) have been seriously considering
trying to incorporate my grandfathers name into it if its a boy.
His name was Harry Oakley ....could call him Harley.(its still
early in the morning)
I appreciate your input.

123.3 | I know a Jene | 3456::NORRIS | | Tue Nov 17 1987 12:45 | 5 |
| A friend of mine had a little sister who had the name Jene and
pronounced it ja-NAY, with a soft "j". Apparently his parents just
picked it out of thin air -- they made it up and liked it.

| Janet, when pronounced in French, is Janae, with a soft J. Many
people have called me that.

123.6 | To compliment the name Janae... | ULTRA::DONAHUE | | Mon Feb 04 1991 12:18 | 13 |
| Additional info on the base note (written by my brother-in-law)...
Not only did they come up with a lovely name like Janae, but they
enhanced it by giving her the middle name, Colleen.
Janae Colleen a beautiful name to match a beautiful young lady (she is
now 11.5 years old!)
Her sister (3 yrs) has a pretty name also... Lindsay Catherine.
Another pretty girl in the family.
Proud Aunt you say?? You're darn tootin'!!
