| I named my second daughter Jessica Lynn because it was old fashioned.
As far as the nicknames Jess or Jessie go, I am always correcting
the person, even her oldest sister. I have several friends that
also named their daughter the same, only the last name is different.

| FUNNY,
I am expecting my first child on August 8th, and if it is a girl,
her name will be Jessica Rose...Jessica is my husbands grandmother's
name, (and I love the nickname Jesse), and Rose is my husbands other
grandmother's middle name (I couldn't cope with Marion) But I agreed
on Jessica simply because I love the nicknames Jess and Jessie.

Hi I am new to the notes file and thought this was very interesting
about baby names. I to have named my first daughter Jessica Lynne, and
thought everyone would have nick names for her. But....turns out
Jessica wants to be called Jesse now. She says to change her name!! I
am pregnant now after 8 years! and will be looking for some interesting
names, hopefully boys names.
