Does anybody think Shiva (NASD: SHVA) is a good BUY right now. It came public not too long ago, it was once a high flyer. The price is 18 1/2. 52 week high is 87 52 week low is ~ 18 which was made a few day ago. They had a huge selloff due to IBM delaying a huge purchase. They still feel they can make the numbers analyst are expecting ? Any takers ? I also heard something about Shiva changing their stradegy ... anybody hear this ? Do they lead their industry with their products (remote access products) ??

Shiva, I believe, has a pending class action law suit for allegedly covering up inventory problems that over-stated their earnings as well as problems with partners. Dan | |||||
