John can still be heard on WPNW out of Providence - 550kHz - from 3 to 5 PM. They put in a marginal signal on the car radio in the Maynard environs. PNW is also a Bloomberg outlet. John told me he is "talking" to WBZ ... and that it "won't be long". The Bloomberg feed has been picked up by WADN in Concord, MA - 1120kHz - but their signal doesn't get much beyond a 10 mile radius and no financial talk. George | |||||

Yup, I found John Nap on the Providence station. Can only hear it for part of my drive home, but at least I get to hear some of his program. I also listen to WADN, but, as you mentioned, their range is rather limited. If driving during hours of darkness, you can get the NYC Bloomberg news station quite good in Mass...they're just one click abouve WADN on 1130, but they don't carry John Nap. Will keep my eye on WBZ, they could use some more business news programs like that. Ray |
