| His boss wanted to know who one of his sources is. Seems that the station is
under SEC investigation; something about insider information. Dorfman chose
"the high ground".

| FWIW, Dorfman himself said he hasn't traded stocks in several years.
The reason for the investigation is that they believe Dorfman may
of been manipulated (ie. fed certain maybe incorrect information)
in order to influcence some stock price(s).

| If I remember correctly, one of his sources was reportedly
taking money to introduce various company officials to Dorfman,
and the allegation is that Dorfman then wrote generally favorable
reports about those companies. It's apparently still murky as to
whether there was any wrongdoing on Dorfman's part.
