Any advice on what to include in a letter to my mortgage holder (primary residence) to drop the FHA insurance premium? I called them today and asked what the requirements were. The rep. says that each mortgage is treated individually and until they receive my letter they cannot tell me what I have to satisfy? I have had this mortgage with the same bank for over five years, choice neighborhood where homes sell within weeks even in bad times, paid on time and the value of my house is well over what I owe to the bank. Thanks in advance! Dan

If you've built up enough equity to get rid of morgage insurance, then you should certainly qualify for refinancing, and rates are LOW .... |
