We was a leading manager of international stock funds.

Runs Templeton Developing Markets fund. Also runs Templeton Emerging
Markets fund, closed-end. Latter has a high premium, better to go for
the open-end fund. Sales charge is high (5.75%) but it forces you to
leave the money in for a long long time. This is critical if putting
money into emerging markets.
