Does anyone know whether the 60 day delivery rates quoted for
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are on par with each other? One usually
run higher than the other?
We're trying to compare construction loan rates from banks and each
seems to use a different formula for their fixed rate end loans based
on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
