Re. .0 As per Morningstar and Lipper indexes, Berger 100 has had an excellent performance for 5 and 10 years. 101 is a new fund. But the main guy (Mr. Berger) seems to have a good reputation. He often comes to visit Louie on PBS.

From what I understand Berger is more of a "face man" now. Rob Lidafelter does most of the picking now. Berger 100: Aggressive Stock YTD 1.79% (through 1/31/94) 1Yr 20.16% 3Yr 32.00% (annualized) 5Yr 26.83% (annualized) 10Yr 18.58% (annualized) Currently rated 5 stars....and has an averged star rating of 2.6 for 182 months. 21.1% capital gains exposure....$250 minimum investment, no load, 1.69% (with 12b-1 fees). Bill Berger and Rob Lindafelter are listed as co-managers...Berger for 20 years, Lindafelter for 2.3 years. Berger 101: Not covered in the Moringstar 500 rankings /mtb
