| I don't know off-hand what line 20 is, but as a non-tax-lawyer I think
it is reasonable to deduct it as a tax preperation expense -- It does
50% of my taxes for me, so I deduct it along with the cost of Turbo
Tax...

| What about WealthBuilder? This helps select and manage investments, not
specifically do taxes? I imagine that MacInTax is also deductable by
that reasoning?

| I'd assume a package like WealthBuilder would be deductible as an
investment expense, rather than a tax preperation expense.

AGI.

| Doesn't the IRS have some sort of limit as to TAX RETURNS it can audit?
If it does,then I say great,claim that deduction. You can argue with
the IRS and somebody else will be off the hook!

| Speaking of MacIntax, I bought the "Head Start" package, and am
currently waiting for the Final version to be sent, which I thought was
going to be in late January. I have yet to receive anything. Has
anyone else received the Final version of MacIntax yet?

I called CA and they said that the update has started shipping a few
days ago. For reference, here are some numbers to contact them:

| I called the 800 number and went through 2 levels of automatic menus
then got a message that said it was shipping and that everyone should
receive it within the next week. I'll be calling back if that doesn't
happen. Well, ok, I'll only complain if I don't get mine.
