The company used to be called First National Broker before they
changed their name to Accutrade. They have two services - a normal
deep discount brokerage service where you call in and place an order
without getting any advice (commission ranges from $25 onward - one
of the cheapest I have ever found). The other service is through
a computerized telephone call where you punch in the stock symbol and
quantity of shares. I have had only experience with the normal broker
service and am happy with it. I heard you have to have a large minimum
balance at the broker firm to use the computerized telephone.
