    Anyone following Medical Care America (NYSE: MRX)?  They run up to
    about $25/share on the takeover proposal from Surgical Care.  Once the
    CEO said they arent' interested, the stock has gone down to about $20.5
    as of today.
    
    I know it's speculative, but does anyone have any thought on the
    possibility of a takeover?
