I heard on the Boston radio this morning, that Vicki Robin, one of the
co-authors of the book "Your Money or Your Life" (Other author is Joe Dominguez)
will be at Radcliff College tonite in Cambridge.
She'll be speaking on how to "transforming your relationship with money
and acheiving financial independence". Another big topic for her seems
to be "living frugally" and "being happy about it", having "enough"
in a consumption oriented world. (to re-phrase what I heard this morning).
I've just started reading the book and it seems to have some simple but
powerful methods for re-evaluating your financial situation.
She'll be at the Aggassiz Theatre at Radcliff, 7-9pm tonite on Brattle St.
Cost is $10 in advance (call Career Svcs at Radcliff at 617-496-1855)
or $15 at the door.
I have no connection to this event, but am very interested in hearing
what she has to say.
