I'm not sure if I'm in the right conference. Can anybody tell me where can I get some information on credit Issues as it pertains to the State of Texas ? As a Co-Signers I am running into some problems with the other party not paying their dues. I need to know what I can do to protect myself from any actions that would damage my credit rating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Not sure about Texas... But in most cases the only thing you can do is to pay it yourself!... That is nasty but since you made the mistake of Co-signing you are equally responsible for what you Co-Signed in most states. | |||||
