    In the 3M area which libraries carry the Morningstar Fund reports? I
    know the Chelmsford, MA library has the monthly summary report but not
    the loose-leaf fund evaluations.

	I don't know what the "3M" area is, but the Westford Library has Morningstar. John Piekos
