Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct audience to pose this question to,but
its the closest I've found yet, so I will give it a try .. but let me know if 
this is not appropriate .... or if you could point me in another direction it
would be helpful as well.

I am writing on behalf of a family member who is starting a newspaper in 
Reading, England.  He has a business plan and is working extrememly hard, but
could use some small capital investment.

Is there anyone who would be willing to meet or at least talk to my family
member about either the possibility of investing in his business or pointing
him in another possible direction.

He is very articulate and very intelligent.  I'm sure he would benefit from any
advice, interest or leads available from this conference.
