	This is one of those "deal of a life time" deals.  The townhouse 
	described below is for sale at $90,000.  We, the owners, will rebate
	up to 5% ($4500) of the down payment plus closing costs.  Assuming an 
	$85,500 mortgage at 6.5%, a condo fee of $95/mo, taxes of $102/mo, 
	and PMI @ $30/mo, you would have a total payment of $768/mo.  This 
	condo currently rents at $800/mo.  If you add in tax benefits of 
	$180/mo, you would have a net profit of $212/mo or you could live
	there for $188/mo with a room-mate!

	Why are we doing this?  Because this is part of a relocation package
	that will provide $15,000 towards the loss and we're locked in at
	high interest rates.  We'll walk away from the condo with no money,
	but no payments.  The condo complex is 3 years old and has about 
	95% occupancy and better than 80% owner occupancy.

	The requirements of this deal are that you must easily qualify for
	the mortgage and this deal must be completed by 12/16/92.  Contact
