Feal free to relocate this note if a discussion exists in this
conference or the old write locked version.
Has anyone herd of and seen the home study course labled Carleton
Sheets, which involves real estate transactions for profit, bank
forclosure steels, and purchasing of rental property.
Is this just another scam or is there truly some serious cash to be
made? Then again, I suppose if it worked for a few DEC people out there
in note land, they would no longer work here, therefore not respond.
Just looking for any experience or comments.

I bought it when I was selling real estate at one time; it's pretty
good information & you could probably make a lot of money using the
information in it.
However, you could get the same information from books at the library.
