I was watching CBNC's and in ther a suggestion came out that an investor would be wise to look into newsletter that advises you on mutual fund. like "mutual fund Forcaster". I contacted some of these and found to be expensive. But I thought for a while. If I got "hooked" on to this letter, why would I need a Mutual fund to invest in. You need advise on to pick the right fund. But then don't you stick with a fund for some time. But once this advice is got, may not need for some time. Why maintain a subscription to this newsletter. UNLESS YOU WNAT TO MOVE IN AND OUT THE FUND like STOCKS. Any comments: THanks Rashmi

I pick a few good funds and stick with them, unless for some reason they turn into real dogs. However, I find reading those MF information interesting. So, for personal satisfaction and to keep myself updated, I subscribe to financial magazines. However, I tend to like Money and Kiplinger's a little more. And, they are alot cheaper than those so called "newsletters", too. Mike | |||||
