database technology, today announced the introduction of a tightly
integrated data warehouse solution. Business analysts using D2K's Tapestry
can rapidly pull information from legacy systems, load a data
warehouse/data mart and schedule automatic delivery to
INFORMIX(r)-MetaCube(tm). INFORMIX-MetaCube is the industry's
easiest-to-use and only integrated relational online analytical processing
(ROLAP) solution.

The current release of Tapestry (v1.5) began shipping in April and is
available for a base price of $75,000 for UNIX and $50,000 for NT. Tapestry
supports extraction from VSAM, IMS, DB2, Sequential Files, PeopleSoft
Application Packages, and RDBMSs. Targets include SQL Server and UNIX and
NT RDBMSs, as well as INFORMIX-MetaCube 3.1.
