| I have negotiated an agreement with OVUM to make this OLAP study available
electronically corporate wide. Due to its size, we will probably post the
table of contents on the ESI home page with a pointer for downloading the
document. OVUM has not yet provided us with the electronic version. We
will make it available as soon as we receive it. I will post availability
here as well.
