CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE) via Individual Inc. -- NeoVista
Software Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-level data mining
solutions, announced today an agreement with Tandem Computers(R) Inc.
to tightly couple its Decision Series(TM) suite of integrated data
mining tools with Tandem's Object Relational Data Mining(TM)
technology.
Tandem's Object Relational Data Mining technology enables data mining
tools to communicate with a relational database engine through an
extended SQL interface. Integrating the NeoVista Decision Series with
Tandem's Object Relational Data Mining architecture gives database
analysts and end users an accessible and extremely powerful knowledge
discovery environment. Through the use of SQL extensions, customers
can develop, manage and execute complex data mining applications with
ease.
