326.1These are the 2.4GHz DS/ISA cards.IROCZ::SCHWARTZMon Jan 27 1997 15:5029
  Hi Robin,

These are the 2.4GHz DS/ISA (desktop) cards worldwide other than Japan
    and France.

    And YES they are avalable.

There is an option -AP for France, but there has been no forcast from
France for these products and therefore there has not been an order
    placed to our card partner.

    Regards,
    Jeff

A complete list of variants are available on our WWW pages.

Yes, but what is the difference between ETSI and FCC?
Are they just cards or cards and aerials?
and why would they be chosen rather than the country specific variant?

And according to Switzerland -
When can we order it? In our PACS is 'Current Status : P 15-APR-96'

A product variant list is available on our WWW sites.

The DEIWA-DA is the 2.4GHz/ISA is based on the allowable FCC frequency
band 2.400 to 2.483. It is the variant that ships in the US, Canada,
and most of South and Central America.

The DEIWA-BA is the variant based on the ETSI (European frequency
standard) and ships in Europe (other than France), Australia, New
Zealand, parts of South and Central AmericaSouth Africa and others. You
can see a complete listing on the WWW site.

The DS is currently different from the FH where the FH has a particular
country variant only due to the labeling requirements of each
particular country. We have been working the labeling issue with the
FH and expect to have a common part number with a gang label so one
variant can ship to all the European countries (other than France)
rather than having each country separate.

I do not know anything about the PACS system, but the product should be
readily available. If you can not order it, you should probably
contact either Graham Hardy or Frits Riep (Product/Marketing Manager).

I hope this clears up the confussion.
