| I am trying to install a DEIWA-AA on a celebris 2100 running W95.
I followed the ndis3 instructions from the kit on the web.
There were no available IRQ's on the system so I disabled
comm 2 and used it's IRQ of 3. I let the wizzard assign
the io range 0390-039f. I then installed the card and used
the setirq 390 3. it took the command and looked good.
When I boot the machine it does not see the network.
Under control panel/system/devices/computer irq 3 shows
unknown device. under network devices/roamabout/resources
I see the IO range but no IRQ or memory range is listed.
Is this normal? Either way any clue as to why I cannot see
the network?

300.6 | RoamAbout DS / ISA install problem. | IROCZ::SCHWARTZ | | Mon May 05 1997 18:57 | 13 |
| Hi,
Did you set the IO switches on the ISA card to IO address 390?
Is the system possibly running the latest Windows 95/OSR2 (patch 2)
operating system? Go to control panel and select system. On the right
side of the screen you will see the version number of 4.00.950. If
there is a 'b' after the 950 (950b) you need to get the OSR2 driver
from our WWW site.
Let me know what you find.

| I will check the operating system. Yes the io address is set on
the card.

300.8 | ISA and PC Card driver is the same. | IROCZ::SCHWARTZ | | Fri May 16 1997 18:04 | 7 |
| RE: .5-.7
The Windows 95 driver on our WWW site supports both ISA and PC Card.
Current driver has been updated to V1.17. A Kit V3.xx will follow in
the next couple of weeks.
