	Hi ! 

	A customer asked me what it means when they get a message from
	a node that says in Polycenter watchdog monitor screen. 

	NODENAME: gethostbynam() failed 

	on the central display. It is a OSF-system that gives this message on 
	another OSF-system. The systenm is sending its warnings to a central
	machine.
