    I have a customer who must run DECnet OSI, and needs to know if
    Polycenter Watchdog agent and consolidator 2.2-1 is compatible 
    with DECnet OSI v6.3 (OpenVMS 6.2).  If not, would he find this
    compatibility with DECnet OSI in version 2.3?

        Install and runs just fine on DECnet/OSI systems. The just only
        caveat is that NET$MANAGE identifier has to be granted to
        installing account prior starting installation.
