So, is there anyone out there in Digital Land who has heard of Dray Prescot aside from me? I started reading them about eight years ago, and have finally collected and read 36 (of 37). They may not be the among the better written books I have read, but they are kind of addicting. So if there is anyone out there who has read any of these books, or even knows what I'm talking about, there is now an official place to mention it. -Jonathan (By the disgusting diseased tonails of Makki Grodno...)

Yes, I've heard of Dray Prescott. I haven't read a one, but I did read a short story featuring Prescott that appeared in THE DAW SF READER way back about 10 years ago. Worthless bilge. The writer of the the Dray Prescott books is a pseudonymous Kenneth Bulmer. While he isn't the greatest writer in the world, he's done better than these. --- jerry | |||||

Ditto. Better off with titles like CYCLE OF NEMESIS, THE SHIPS OF DOROSTORUM, THE KEY TO IRUNIUM; in short, Bulmer's oldies. Don |
