    I'm looking for the title/author of a book I read at LEAST 17 years
    ago.
    
    The book was of the after-the-collapse-of-civilization genre,
    but the collapse was as a result of something called "radiant
    suicide", which was some type of radiation from the sun which caused
    most people on earth to commit suicide.
    
    Can anyone help?
